Mrs. Killen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Franklin Bowman Killen; a daughter, Betty Jo Frazee; three sisters, Pauline Miles, Alma Ellis and Dorothy Henry; and three brothers, Robert and Gilbert Gaines and Edward Gaines Jr. Survivors include two sisters, Wanda Geiman of Winchester, and Phyllis Hicklin of Waynesboro, and a brother, Jack Gaines of Harrisonburg, Va. Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Reynolds Funeral Home, Waynesboro. Burial will be at Augusta Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 this evening at the funeral home. Charles L. Huffman, 65 STAUNTON Charles L. Huffman, formerly of Spottswood, died Monday (Jan. 30, 2006) at Ruxton Health of Staunton.

He was born Jan. 10, 1941, at Augusta County, to William McCorkel and Daisy Bell (Moran) Huffman. He was a retired painter. Mr. Huffman was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include four brothers, John Huffman of Staunton, Roy Lee Huffman of Florida, Lewis H. Huffman of Stuarts Draft and Hunter Huffman of Maryland, and a sister, Margaret Marshall of Staunton. and Malinda McCorkel Bumgardner Berkeley. He taught at Lexington (Va.) High School and was a coach of its athletic teams. He also was employed as a timekeeper and a cost accountant by Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company and as a material control clerk for Federal Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, South Kearney, N.J. After retirement, he taught mathematics in El Paso, Texas, public schools. Mr.

Berkeley was preceded in death by three sisters, Sarah Spotswood Watkins, Elizabeth Landon Berkeley and Malinda McCorkle Waddell, and a son, Norborn Carter Berkeley. Fulton, 89 HARRISONBURG Katie Parkins Fulton, formerly of Weyers Cave, died Monday (Jan. 30, 2006) at Sunnyside was born Sept. 2, 1916, at Fort Defiance, to C. Chris Virginus and Janet Love Parkins. She was a school teacher for Augusta County schools; she taught fourth grade at Stuarts Draft and Weyers Cave elementary schools and English at Fort Defiance High School.

Mrs. Fulton was preceded in death by her husband, John Givens Fulton III, and a daughter, Katie Flory. Survivors include a daughter, Sally Fulton of Weyers Cave, and a twin brother, Edward William Parkins of Bridgewater.
